After opening, please push out the air from the pillow by hand and replace it with new air. If you are concerned about the smell, please dry it in a well-ventilated shady area. |
If you are using a new pillow that was previously used in a hotel, you may notice a difference in feel and comfort at first. However, please be assured that the pillow will adapt to your preferences over time. |
To maintain stable quality and supply, we may change the production factory and pipe specifications depending on the production period. As a result, if you purchase the same product again, you may notice slight differences in the pipe's texture or weight compared to the previous one. However, there is no difference in quality or functionality, so you can use it with confidence. |
