A remaking service for your down comforter. Your comforter is reborn as if brand new. A premium down-wash finish that washes and dries the down individually. The Standard Course uses an 85% polyester, 15% cotton shell fabric. *The estimated delivery date shown is for the pickup kit. *Finishing takes about one month. (It may take longer during busy periods.)

Down Comforter Renewal Process
[Reception & Registration] |
We process the intake to ensure the down comforter we receive is returned to you without any mix-ups. |
[Removing the Down] |
We cut the shell fabric and remove the down from the comforter. |
[Washing, Spin-Drying, Drying] |
We load the down one comforter’s worth at a time into the washing machine, wash it with a dedicated detergent, then spin-dry and dry it. |
[Dust Removal] |
Some of the extracted down is not suitable as futon filling. This step sorts it and keeps only the good down. |
[Replenishing the Down] |
We replenish the down lost during dust removal, as needed. |
[Filling] |
We precisely measure your down and fill it into each compartment of the shell fabric, one section at a time. |
[Inspection & Shipping] |
After passing a high-precision needle detector and inspection by experienced quality inspectors, the renewal process is complete and the item is returned to you. |
